Sand Hollow Resort Master Plan
In 2005, HG Management completed the master plan for Sand Hollow Resort. The property consists of approximately 1,000 acres entitled as a Public Development overlay (PDO), which allows for 300,000 square feet of commercial property and 1,837 residential and rental units, more than 350 of which have been developed and sold. The plan also included three golf courses, a Clubhouse, and conference and meeting space.
The Golf Courses at Sand Hollow Resort
Working alongside renowned golf course designer, John Fought, HG Management completed development of Sand Hollow’s Links Course, Wee Course, and Championship Course. The Championship course consistently ranks as the number one course in Utah and one of Golfweek’s top resort courses in the country. Framed by the native landscape, the 7,300-yard, 72-par 18-hole course takes full advantage of the region’s natural beauty and features dramatic elevation changes extending across a towering ridge line.
The Dunes at Sand Hollow Resort
HG Management completed development of southern Utah’s largest custom home site development and sold out all 267 lots. The exquisite property design provides residents with extraordinary views and a rolling layout that mimics the natural terrain of the red sand desert.
The Retreat at Sand Hollow Resort
The Retreat is a Sand Hollow community featuring upscale single-family residences. In 2017, HG Management completed Phase III of the development, which was comprised of 48 single-family homes, bringing the total number to 124. The homes are available for purchase or nightly rentals.
The Clubhouse at Sand Hollow Resort
HG Management completed development and construction of the 7,000 square foot Clubhouse facility in 2012. With spectacular views, the venue is unsurpassed in Southern Utah and features a custom Pro Shop, dining facilities, and spacious indoor/outdoor event areas.
Sand Hollow Vacation Villas
Sand Hollow Vacation Villas is currently comprised of four buildings with a combined total value of more than $17 million (USD). The floor plans include a variety of spaces, from two to six bedroom units, including a luxurious penthouse villa. The fourth building was completed in 2016, and additional expansions are underway.
Gallup Energy Logistics Park
In 2017, HG Management completed Phase I of the Gallup Energy Logistics Park on time and on budget. The first phase, which cost $6.5 million and was constructed in less than 5 months, includes 11,000 linear feet of new rail connecting to the BNSF Transcontinental Railroad. HG Management worked closely with the Railway to earn certification for a 365-acre parcel of the property.
Green River Master Plan
HG Management developed the master plan for Green River Companies, a 5,000-acre farm situated east of the Green River in Green River, Utah, and recently completed Phase IV of the project. The farm now includes 42 center pivot irrigation systems, and two-wheel style systems currently under irrigation. HG Management developed a strong working relationship with local government agencies and worked with the Wayne County Water Conservancy District (WCWCD) to put to beneficial use to one of Utah’s oldest and largest water rights. HG Management currently oversees production and personnel on the farm, which utilizes the latest technology in both equipment and personnel to maximize production.
